To obtain PCAB Accreditation, a pharmacy must demonstrate it achieves the highest ethical and quality standards of PCAB, FDA, USP, and state pharmacy boards. To maintain it, a pharmacy is regularly tested against the profession’s most rigorous standards.
MediVera Compounding Pharmacy™ is PCAB-accredited in both sterile and non-sterile pharmacy compounding, a distinction held by fewer than 1% of pharmacies. The American Medical Association (AMA) recommends physicians only use PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacies.
In the Spring of 2025, MediVera Compounding Pharmacy™ moved into an expansive new 56,000 sq. ft. facility that houses state-of-the-art laboratories for our sterile and non-sterile preparations. We invest in the best equipment including:
