Founder Joe McCloskey established the pharmacy in a modest 1,500 sq. ft. medical suite in Troy, MI.
A small but dedicated team of 6 employees started operations, blending compounding and commercial pharmacy services to serve the community.

2010

The pharmacy moved to a larger 3,000 sq. ft. facility at 2520 Livernois Rd to accommodate its growing needs.
The team expanded to 12 employees and the business refocused exclusively on compounding, adhering strictly to USP 795 and 797 standards to ensure the highest quality and safety in compounded medications.

2013

A dedicated sales team was introduced, bringing the total number of employees to 16.
New pharmacy software enhanced patient care, communication, and service efficiency, reinforcing our commitment to delivering personalized healthcare solutions.

2017

Relocated to a spacious 9,500 sq. ft. facility at 6054 Livernois Rd. in Troy, MI to support continued growth.
Expanded the team to 25 employees and achieved PCAB accreditation, demonstrating leadership in meeting rigorous quality and safety standards.
Enhanced customer service operations by establishing a dedicated department, ensuring an even better experience for our patients.

2018

Founder Joe McCloskey retired, passing the torch to Bradley McCloskey as the new CEO.
Bradley introduced a new business operating system, laying the foundation for an updated structure and a forward-thinking vision.
Expanded our reach to serve multiple states across the Midwest, bringing our specialized services to a broader community

2023

The team grew to 85 dedicated employees, reflecting our expanding operations and capabilities.
Achieved a customer service satisfaction rating of 94%, showcasing our commitment to exceptional care.
Fostered a positive work environment, with employee satisfaction at 90%, underlining strong morale and culture.
Expanded our compounding services, continuing to meet the diverse needs of our patients with innovative, personalized solutions.

University Compounding Pharmacy rebranded as MediVera Compounding Pharmacy™️, symbolizing our evolution and renewed commitment to innovative healthcare.
Expanded operations nationwide, bringing our trusted compounding expertise to a broader nationwide audience.
What’s next? We continue to look toward the future, striving to redefine personalized healthcare and raise the standard for compounding services.

MediVera moves to a state-of-the-art 55,000 sq. ft. facility at 5225 Crooks Rd, expanding operational capacity and enhancing service capabilities to support nationwide growth.
